Do you have Lead Retrieval?
For this conference, the iP Utility Safety Conference will be offering complimentary lead retrieval to exhibitors. Instructions on how to download the conference app and use lead retrieval will be provided the week prior to the conference to the booth attendees.

What are the Move-In times, Show times, and Move-out times?

When and where can I pick up my Exhibitor Badge?

Booth attendees can pick up there badges at the exhibitor booth help desk during the move-in times on Monday, May 8th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

How do I reserve booth space?

If you sell safety products or services to the utility market, this is a must-exhibit event!

How do I make a donation towards the Prize Drawings?

Attendees look forward to our prize drawings and it encourages them to visit all the exhibitors! Great prizes encourage greater participation. We encourage you to consider donating prizes to the raffle so we can announce your company name just prior to announcing the winner!

Prize Drawing

Exhibitor Raffle Participation:

Attendees look forward to our prize drawings and it encourages them to visit all of our exhibitors! Great prizes encourage greater participation. We encourage you to consider donating prizes to the raffle so we can announce your company name just prior to calling the winning number!

How do I hand out raffle tickets for the prize drawing?

You do not have to donate a raffle item in order to hand out tickets. We ask all exhibitors to hand out tickets to the attendees they engage with at their booth. You will be provided with tickets for the prize drawings. Please hand a ticket to everyone you speak with at your booth. NOTE: Please separate the tickets and keep the side that says “Keep this coupon,” give the side that says “Ticket” to the attendee.

How can I contribute to the prize drawing?

Please bring your contribution along with a business card to the registration desk, exhibitor desk or your sales representative during move-in on Monday.  You do not have to contribute a prize in order to hand out tickets!

When is the prize drawing?

There will be two prize drawings in the exhibit hall on Tuesday the 9th and Wednesday the 10th at approximately 1:15 pm.

Logistics & Information

When and where are the lunches located?

On Tuesday, May 9th, lunch will be from 12:00-1:15 pm in the General Session room. All of our exhibitors are encouraged to join the attendees for lunch as a networking opportunity.

On Wednesday, May 10th, lunch will be from 12:00-1:15 pm in the General Session room. All of our exhibitors are encouraged to join the attendees for lunch as a networking opportunity.

Registration and attendance at all iP Utility Safety Conference & Expo events, sessions and other activities constitutes an agreement by your registration for Incident Prevention’s use and distribution, both now and in the future, of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video recordings, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the program schedule and events remain as published. However, unforeseen changes may occur. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/Downsizing of Booth Space Policy: All requests for cancellation or reduction of exhibit space must be made in writing and shall become effective upon receipt by UBM. During the pre-sale period for the fall conference from May 11, 2023 to September 1, 2023 exhibitors may downsize or cancel without penalty. After September 1, 2023 there are no refunds. The iP Utility Safety Conference & Expo retains the right to relocate an exhibitor after downsizing. The iP Utility Safety Conference & Expo can sell cancelled or downsized space to another exhibitor without any rebate or permission. The iP Utility Safety Conference & Expo retains the right to relocate an exhibitor after downsizing.
