Every effort will be made to ensure that the program schedule and events remain as published. However, unforeseen changes may occur. The iP Utility Safety Conference & Expo reserves the right to make program changes. Registering, attending or participation in the iP Utility Safety Conference constitutes and agreement by the registrant to iP’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio tapes of such events and activities.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no additional charge or transfer your registration to a future iP Utility Safety Conference & Expo occurring within 12 months of the original event date. To request a substitution or transfer, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] no later than 8 weeks prior to the event. Requests submitted less than 8 weeks before the event may not be accommodated but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All substitution and transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
