Each 10′ x 10′ booth will be set with:
- Booth size: 10′ x 10′

- One (1) Booth ID Sign
*At previous events the facilities offer a fully carpeted exhibit hall, but the exhibit hall in Charleston has a highly polished and attractive concrete floor instead of being carpeted.
You do have the option of renting carpeting through PRX Exposition Services for your booth or you can also bring your own carpeting if you’d prefer. Since the aisles and common areas will not be carpeted, we would encourage you to consider going “carpet free”, saving you some valuable trade show money. However, we have no objection if you would prefer to have carpeting in your booth.

Download the iP Utility Safety Conference and Expo app by going to the Apple Store or Google Play store and searching for iP Utility Safety Conf and Expo.
Please delete any previous iP Conference Apps and re-download the app.
Login with the email you registered with for the conference.
After logging into the app, you will see a Quick Link for Daily Schedule.
If you would like to select the sessions you want to go to while you are at the conference, go to the Daily Schedule and Bookmark the sessions you want to attend.
You can do this for each day so you have them for bookmarked for the entire conference.

As the attendees visit your booth, you hand them the ticket with the number on it and you keep the side that say Keep.
